OUR POLICIES

Customization & Errors
 

Once the contract is signed and garment production has begun, changes may not be possible. If you would like to request a change, please email Virgile & Co. immediately. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the request.


Any errors related to size, length, color, layout, or fabric that are identified after production has started may require additional payment to correct.

Refunds & Cancellations
 

Because each garment is custom-made, Virgile & Co. cannot accept returns.


If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, you must email us within 24 hours of purchase to discuss refund options.


If cancellation occurs after production has started (verbal or written), Virgile & Co. reserves the right to stop production and repurpose the garment, fabrics, or materials for company use.

Delivery

Virgile & Co. is not responsible for delivery issues including, but not limited to, garment stains during transit, delayed deliveries, or lost packages.


If any delivery concerns arise, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Production Timeframe

Production times vary based on garment complexity, material availability, and the number of items in your order.
Please note that production may be delayed if materials take longer than expected to arrive. Any delays will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
