Since each garment is made to order, Virgile & Co. does not accept returns or cancellations for any reason once the client has signed the contract agreement, which is sent via email after purchase.

If a client cancels an order after garment production has begun whether verbally or in writing Virgile & Co. reserves the right to halt production and repurpose the garment, fabrics, or materials for company use.

Should a client wish to cancel before production starts, they must email the company within 72 hours of purchase to discuss the matter further.

Delivery

Virgile & Co. is not responsible for delivery issues, including but not limited to, garment stains incurred during transit, delayed deliveries, or lost packages. If you experience any delivery concerns, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the matter.

Production Timeframe

Production times vary depending on garment complexity, material availability, and the number of items in your order. Please note that production may be delayed if materials take longer than expected to arrive. In the event of any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
